  1. Inspection

Once you have booked your inspection one of our professional team will be at you property at the agreed time to carry out your full comprehensive survey. We guarantee the best quality survey available

  1. Receive your report

Once survey is completed our team will get to work straight away preparing you report and will email the report along with all the photographic evidence to your selected email within 48hrs of leaving your property, or a hard copy can be posted to you if you choose our optional extra service.

NHQC turnaround and follow up

At NHQC we will have you full detailed snag survey sent to you within 48hrs of leaving your property to ensure you can get all the issues resolved as soon as possible. We do offer a hard copy as an optional extra.

We can also offer a revisit to ensure all item have been carried out by the build contractor and that they have been done correctly. This is highly recommended and can be discussed at time of inspection.
